The 626 Night Market is headed to the East Bay this weekend!
The beloved Californian event will take over the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton from October 9 to 11, 2026, each day from 3PM to 11PM.
This edition coincides with Filipino American History Month, and the weekend schedule reflects it with Filipino cultural dances, a lumpia eating competition, and a spotlight on Filipino performers, including Jeremy Passion. A surprise guest will take the stage on Sunday.
What to do at the 626 Night Market
626 Night Market started in 2012 in the San Gabriel Valley, and the 626 in its name comes from that local area code. Its goal is to recreate the crowded, communal feel of Asia’s night markets through food, art, entertainment, and small-business entrepreneurship. The market, produced by Foodieland, has since expanded to Costa Mesa and the Bay Area.
This weekend’s edition will host K-Pop Palooza, organized with Hally Universe, along with sets from local artists and DJs. The House of Hennessy will serve 626 specialty cocktails and run an interactive experience on site.
More than 250 vendors are planned for the Pleasanton event, including a huge selection of both ready-made and pre-packaged food. Look out for classic Asian street food as well as Instagrammable creations like rainbow grilled cheese, giant deep-fried squid, candied fruits, and Hawaiian BBQ served in a pineapple. You can also pick up products like handmade press-on nails and unique custom apparel and accessories.
