An enormous new culinary space has just opened at Westfield Valley Fair, presenting a multi-sensory pan-Asian dining experience across 15,000 square feet!
Asia Live officially opened its doors on June 19, 2026, brought to life by George Chen and Cindy Wong-Chen, the visionary team behind San Francisco’s acclaimed China Live.
Here’s a closer look…
What to expect
Spanning across two floors, Asia Live is more of a food emporium than a restaurant, with SFGATE calling it “the biggest thing to hit Westfield Valley Fair since Eataly.”
It’s all centered around a bustling 220-seat dining room with open exhibition kitchens, celebrating culinary influences from China, Japan, Southeast Asia, India, and Korea.
Diners can explore specialized cooking stations dedicated to woks, dim sum, robata grills, and tandoor ovens. Signature bites include oven-roasted Peking duck, pan-fried pork dumplings, exquisite omelettes, spectacular cuts of meat, sesame soft serve, and mango shaved ice.
Beyond the main dining floor, the complex houses several distinct concepts to explore. Visitors can grab drinks at the upstairs lounge called BarLucy, enjoy the outdoor Pergola Bar & Cafe (which features its own sushi bar), browse a retail shop, or grab quick bites from a fast-casual takeaway counter.
