
Candlelight has captivated audiences worldwide with its concert series paying homage so some of the most influential and popular performers and artists in music history. And this season its in the Bay Area with very special tributes to one of the greatest and arguably most versatile bands of the last decades, the British pop rock band Coldplay. The group has experimented with several musical genres, even though not always supported by their old fanbase, they’ve found a way to stay true to the sound and message they want to convey.
Candlelight Tribute to Coldplay
The British band has released nine studio albums, 41 singles and four charity singles. They are one of the best-selling music acts of all time with around 100 million albums sold worldwide. Coldplay have managed to remain in the public consciousness since 1996 and keep their music fresh and inspire millions with their heartfelt lyrics and uplifting anthems.
There’s no doubt this band deserves an intimate and emotion-evoking tribute at two spectacular venues, which will be bathed in the glow of hundreds of candles. You can expect to hear “Trouble”, “Fix You”, “Paradise”, “A Sky Full Of Stars”, and more, performed live by the incredibly talented Listeso String Quartet. Taking place at the International Art Museum of America, the venue for the Coldplay Candlelight concert will be completely transformed by the warm glow of candlelight.

The Candlelight series takes place twice each night, with two back to back 60-65 minute performances, so you can choose the one that suits your schedule the best.
