Election Day is finally here.
People have been turning out in record numbers this election season to cast their ballots for the 2020 presidential election. There are still many, however, who are voting in-person at the polls today. Lines are sure to be long, but luckily, there are many businesses committed to rewarding voters and volunteers with special breaks and treats for their contributions to the electoral process.
Check out the following places where San Franciscans can look for some perks on this historic day:
1. Free Donut At Krispy Kreme
Head to Krispy Kreme on Election Day for a free Original Glazed® Doughnut at any participating location in the US. In addition to their delicious classic donuts, they are also handing out ‘I Voted’ stickers, as many did not receive a sticker this year due to the new voting protocols and changes in voting locations.

Chili’s is offering customers their signature Presidente Margarita for $5 in-restaurant or To-Go and a limited-edition sticker to show your support for the Margarita Party.

3. Free Shake Shack Burgers For Poll Workers
If you are volunteering as a poll worker this election, head to Shake Shack for a free burger. All you need to do is bring your proof of badge in-person.

Tag @thedoriansf in an “I voted” post on Instagram on Election Day and you will be rewarded with a 1 cent frosé!

Head to any Bay Area Super Duper Burger location with your ‘I Voted’ sticker for a free order of crispy fries. The offer runs all day, and is limited to one order of fries per person (walk-up or drive-through customers only).

Bring your ‘I voted’ sticker to Media Noche to get a free order of Fuego Fries and a side of green sauce with any purchase from the restaurant’s menu.

Santino’s Vino is offering voters who wear their ‘I Voted’ stickers a free order of loukoumades with their dinner purchase. This fried dough dessert with gelato, walnuts and raw honey is one you won’t want to miss!

8. Taco Deals At Balboa Cafe & White Rabbit
Come to Super Taco & Tequila Tuesday with your ‘I Voted’ sticker, and you’re eligible to get $2 off your taco and cocktail order. Balboa Cafe is offering their carnitas street tacos and margaritas To-Go and White Rabbit is offering barbacoa tacos and margaritas available To-Go and on the patio.

9. Lyft
Lyft is helping voters get to the polls with 50% off one ride up to ten dollars to any polling station or dropbox with the code 2020 VOTE.
10. Uber
Uber is automatically giving voters 50% off roundtrip tides for getting to and from the polls on Election Day. It applies for up to $7 each trip, or $14 for two trips.
