Created by Justin and Melissa Meyer of Meyer2Meyer Entertainment and presented by Fever, this experience isn’t your typical haunted mansion but rather an exclusive theatrical cocktail soirée that is more art-and-performer based and is open from October 11–November 2, 2024.

Since 2019, over 126,000 guests have enjoyed the ‘House of Spirits’ in cities like Los Angeles, Nashville, NYC, and more. 

This year, San Francisco revelers can step into the mysterious tale of Volkov Manor. At this glamorous experience, you’ll get to learn more about the strange psychiatrist and hypnotist Doctor Grigor Volkov and his wife, Dr. Natalia Volkov, when his orphaned nieces and nephews come to live at the manor.

Let’s just say that life takes a sinister turn… There are lingering souls on the property that the children come in contact with, but these former patients of Volkov aren’t there to frighten them… they only want to warn them of the Midnight Man, a malevolent presence that wanders the property.

Amidst all the excitement,  you’ll roam freely with all these spirits for a night you won’t forget. While you uncover the Manor’s strange secrets and socialize with strange specters, guests are invited to call on these ghosts with the massive Ouija Board while at the event or ask your pressing life questions.

At this macabre soirée, guests are highly encouraged to dress up; whether you want to don a period-appropriate ensemble, cocktail attire, or something a bit eerie, the choice is yours!
