Mad Hatter’s (Gin &) Tea Party
What if we told you that you’ll soon be able to step into the universe of Alice in Wonderland, right here in SF? Dormouse, March Hare and your delightful host the Mad Hatter will soon arrive in the city with a completely zany tea party. Enter a luscious wonderland where your teacups are filled to the brim — why, with gin of course — as your hilarious hosts sing and dance around the table, taking on ridiculous storylines. Candlelight: The Best of Joe Hisaishi
This gorgeous Candlelight concert brings fan-favorite anime soundtracks into a stunning musical performance. Melodies from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service and Spirited Away — among so many others — will come to life in unexpected ways. The talented Listeso String Quartet has been touring the globe while performing at these Candlelight series, and they will put a twist on your favorite anime when they step on the stage of San Francisco’s International Art Museum of America.
