Noise Pop is a longstanding independent music festival in San Francisco that spans venues across the city every February. The festival is in its 33rd year, and always brings an exciting, diverse lineup to audiences. The festival releases the lineup in phases, and phase three is finally here.
The final lineup has a diverse range of artists, including Cold Wave artist Black Marble, local musician Lyrics Born, and punk rock band Death Valley Girls. You can also expect solo performances from Puzzle + Enjoy, also known as the experimental rock band The Garden.
“Noise Pop has always been shaped by both the venues that host us, and the artists who take the stage,” said Kevin Arnold, Founder of Noise Pop Festival. “From honoring our roots with an epic farewell to Bottom of the Hill, to welcoming an incredible range of new and returning artists across the Bay Area, Phase 3 of this year’s Noise Pop Festival lineup captures that full picture – past, present, and future – in a way that feels really special to us.”

Along with the new additions to the lineup, the festival has also announced a tribute to beloved music venue Bottom of the Hill. The independent club announced it would be closing at the end of 2026, much to the dismay of many San Francisco music fans. The club has been a longtime venue for Noise Pop, and the festival has decided to honor it with a group photography exhibition, Noise Pop Photography: A Tribute to Bottom of the Hill. The show features photos from over 30 years of performances, and is on view now at the local restaurant Hi Hat.
