Oasis is a prominent hub for queer nightlife in San Francisco, beloved for its frequent drag performances, cabaret, and lively, welcoming parties. Last year, the club announced it would sadly have to close its doors. Luckily, a last-minute donation saved the club from permanently closing.
Oasis took a short hiatus to plan new programming and prepare for the club’s future. Now, the club has announced its triumphant return, with a Grand Reveal Party next month on July 17, 2026.
Oasis Reopening 2026

The beloved club has a new makeover, and the July 17 party will celebrate the Oasis’ new beginning with an exciting celebration featuring DJs, dancers, drag artists, and cabaret performances all night. Tickets start at $34.80, and early-bird tickets have already sold out, so we recommend getting yours soon. The party will run from 8 pm to 2 am, so you can expect hours of performances, music, and dancing to celebrate the iconic club’s return.
The following night, the club will host PRINCESS: Homecoming w/ JULIE J. The drag performance and disco dance party will feature a cast of local performers, and JULIE J. Tickets for the show are on sale now. Stay tuned for more exciting events at the venue after its reopening.
About Oasis

Oasis was first opened on New Year’s Day in 2015, founded by D’Arcy Drollinger. The club and event space is a converted gay bathhouse in SoMa, and quickly became known for its incredible drag and cabaret shows. The venue is large with various areas, including a stage and catwalk, perfect for hosting unforgettable drag shows.
