Outside Lands is one of San Francisco’s most highly anticipated music festivals every summer, taking over Golden Gate Park for 3 days with major headliners across multiple stages. The 2026 festival is almost here, starting on Friday, August 7, and running through Sunday, August 9.
Outside Lands 2026 Festival Map

Outside Lands covers a large portion of Golden Gate Park, sprawling across the Polo Fields and various meadows, and it can get a little confusing if it’s your first time at the festival. We recommend taking a look at the festival map before you go, so you can know which stages you’re going to and factor in walking time between sets. Plus, make sure to check out some of the particularly cool spots in the festival grounds, like wine and beer lands. You can also find the festival map available on the Outside Lands app.
Outside Lands 2026 set times
The set times are finally here, which means you have plenty of time to plan your weekend to see all your favorite performers (with food breaks in between, of course). The performances start at 12 pm every day, with the last set ending by 9:55 pm. Headliners are typically some of the last shows of the night, although you can still expect a packed lineup on each stage throughout the festival.

Outside Lands Livestream

If you can’t make it to the festival in person, you can still see your favorite artists live. The festival will be streamed on Prime Video for viewers at home. Just check the schedule for who you want to see, and tune in online.
Outside Lands App
A great resource for festival attendees is the Outside Lands app, which includes the festival map and a list of food vendors. You can also see the full schedule each day and save the sets you want to see. You can also enable notifications for sets during the festival.
How to get to Outside Lands

Outside Lands takes place in Golden Gate Park, with entrances on either side. The north entrance is located at Fulton and 26th, and a ride-share pickup area is at Fulton and 30th. A south gate entrance is located near the Polo Fields, at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Metson Road. You can purchase a shuttle pass that takes festival attendees to and from the Civic Center to the festival grounds. There is no parking available for the festival, so we recommend taking the shuttle, public transportation, or ride share.
Our tips for the festival
Outside Lands has multiple stages and can require a lot of walking and time on your feet, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. While the weather forecast looks warm for the weekend, we recommend bringing layers, as the area in Golden Gate Park is known for its summer fog. You can also rent a locker for the festival if you want to leave extra layers for the day.
Outside Lands 2026 is on August 7-9 in Golden Gate Park. Tickets are currently sold out, but you can join the waitlist online.
