Travel in style to 3 different wineries with your best friends!
If you’re a wine lover, this is the tour for you. Painted Ladies Tour Company has an adorable fleet of multicolored Volkswagen buses that can take you on a variety of tours around the city, but this one has really caught our eye! Their Sonoma Wine Country Tour is the #1 rated wine tour in San Francisco. Up to 8 people can take an intimate trip out to wine country and taste a variety of delicious wines, take beautiful photos, and make memories.
This is the ultimate wine tour! Your guide will pick you up in the Fisherman’s Wharf area, Union Square area, or a nearby hotel in the morning. From there you’ll cross the Golden Gate Bridge and make a quick stop to learn about San Francisco history and get some nice pics with the bus. Then your guide will take you north to Sonoma to visit 3 different wineries, each carefully selected for their product quality, ambience, and friendly staff. The wineries change depending on availability, but you will visit 3 of the following:
These award-winning wineries are unique in their own ways, and you are sure to have a splendid experience at any of them! You’ll also have the chance to tour a scenic wine cave and see how wine is made.
The Wine Country Tour includes tasting fees at all 3 wineries, information about wine tasting and SF history, pickup and drop-off, and a little surprise! It does not include lunch or tips, but your guide will take you to an Italian boutique winery for lunch with delicious artisan cheeses, panini sandwiches on fresh local bread, pizzas, and more. You’ll make it back to the City around 4:30pm.
The COVID-compliant tour keeps group size small (8 people tops) and includes precautions to ensure a safe day. The buses are disinfected between groups, Plexiglass partitions are in place to separate the driver, and mask-wearing is enforced in transit and in public spaces.
Don’t miss out on this awesome wine-tasting experience!
Be sure to get tickets now for your next day trip out of the City.
