Thankfully, the hotel has one more party in store for San Franciscans. The Phoenix is partnering with R&B and Ribs, a popular event known for hosting parties with BBQ and R&B music, regularly drawing large crowds to the popular events. On New Year’s Day, the Phoenix Hotel will host the event in their poolside courtyard. As usual, you can expect great food and live music, and an ideal way to start the new year.

The event is scheduled from 1 to 6 pm, and you must be 21 or over for entry. Tickets start at $25.39, and R&B and Ribs events typically sell out, so we recommend getting your tickets as soon as you can.
The hotel is also hosting a New Year’s Eve party the night before, featuring Juanita MORE!. The celebration will include multiple performances and will run from 8 pm to 2 am on December 31. Subeaux, Bugie, and Poundcake will DJ the party, and you can expect plenty of dancing. Tickets start at $25.39 and are on sale now for the New Year’s Eve celebration.
The Phoenix Hotel was originally a motor lodge that was bought in 1987 after falling into disrepair. It soon became a hotspot for musicians on tour due to the large parking lot for tour buses, and it has welcomed many musicians over the years. In 2024, it was bought by the San Francisco Baking Institute.
The Phoenix Hotel is located at 601 Eddy St., and you can find more information on the event and get your tickets here.
