If you haven’t seen San Francisco’s vibrant Picasso exhibition, you now have until April 9 before it closes.
Imagine Picasso – The Immersive Exhibition took over Skylight at The Armory in San Francisco’s Mission District with over 200 pieces of the prolific artist’s work projected onto the 80-foot walls of the 40,000-square-foot venue, giving viewers a unique 360-degree perspective of the pioneer of cubism’s most iconic works. However, the exhibition is scheduled to run until April 9, 2022, so time is running out to walk through the Bleu and Rose periods and Surrealism and Cubism movements.
Explore curated works selected by art historian Androula Michael and immerse fully in Picasso’s surreal world. During this limited-time experience, you’ll be mesmerized by seeing the famed Spanish painter’s work in a completely new way. While the art is projected onto the walls and floors, guests will also be able to walk through massive origami-like structures that sprout up from the floor created by famed architect Rudy Ricciotti, making this exhibition stand out from other immersive exhibits.
