Every February, San Francisco Beer Week brings an abundance of exciting events from local brewers and bars. One of the most exciting events for the week is the Beer Week Fest at Salesforce Park on Saturday, February 21. The festival features over 30 participating breweries, and you can sample their latest creations while enjoying the rooftop park.
The festival is hosted by Bay Area Brewers Guild and Barebottle Brewing, and a ticket to the event gives you access to unlimited tastings. A few of the breweries attending include Headlands Brewing, Sugoi Brewing Company, Fort Point Beer Co., and many more.
The festival is a great opportunity to sample local brews and enjoy the iconic rooftop park in the heart of San Francisco. Aside from the numerous breweries in attendance, you can also expect live music and entertainment from Audiodub and Mike Chiasson on the amphitheater main stage. You can also expect music from DJ Sake One on the park’s main plaza.

The festival is in the public park, which means it is family-friendly and open to the public, but you must be 21+ and purchase a ticket to sample the beer. Tickets cost $74.53 with fees and give you access to all the tastings you want. You can also chat with brewers to learn more about each brewery’s unique creations and process. Plus, you can keep your tasting glass from the day as a souvenir.
Beer Week includes many other events throughout the week, and the festival serves as the official kickoff. Some other exciting events include a Muni Bar crawl with Standard Deviant, which starts this Friday and runs until March 1.
Beer week is from February 21 through March 1, 2026. You can learn more about SF Beer Week and buy tickets to the festival here.
