SFMOMA’s rooftop radio series is back with a unique new twist. The iconic art museum is partnering with a beloved natural wine bar, Bar Part Time, to create its latest rendition of the Rooftop Radio events.
SFMOMA’s Rooftop Radio events are always a crowd-pleaser, infusing nightlife and music into the modern art museum. The event will transform the SFMOMA’s White box into a natural wine bar inspired by Bar Part Time’s celebrated atmosphere and plenty of unique natural wine to go around. The event takes place on January 18 from 5 to 8 pm at the SFMOMA.
The entire museum, aside from the Kusama exhibition, will be open during the event. Guests are welcome to explore the various floors during the event and can even listen to live music being broadcast in the Wolfang Tillmans exhibition on the 7th floor. The event will feature three DJs, including Bar Part Time co-founder Jeremy Castillo as the opening act, followed by Loveshadow and Josh Cheon.
How to get last-minute tickets
While tickets are currently sold out, you still have a chance at getting some coveted tickets. A limited number of tickets will be on sale onsite at SFMOMA starting at 3:00 pm on January 18. Since tickets are limited, we recommend you get there as early as you can, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to score a last-minute ticket.
