On the 4th of July, R&B and Ribs is taking over the SF Mint, a popular venue for concerts and parties in Downtown San Francisco. The event promises delicious food by Sticky Business BBQ, accompanied by several hours of music perfect for dancing and enjoying the holiday.
The 4th of July event is the first time the series will be hosted at the Mint, which boasts a large outdoor courtyard that is known for hosting popular concerts. The lineup features a DJ showcase with MARK WEST, KNOWPA SLAPS, BB CAROLZ & KURREN$I. Inside the Mint’s Saloon, you can check out an R&B Karaoke takeover.
The party will run from 2 to 8 pm on Saturday, July 4, and we recommend buying tickets soon. R&B and Ribs typically sell out, and general admission currently costs $36.71 with fees.
About the Old SF Mint
The iconic building in Downtown San Francisco served as the San Francisco Mint from 1874 until 1937. It officially became a national historic landmark in 1961 and is often called the “Granite Lady.” Today, the building has been renovated (while still preserving much of the historic charm that makes it so fascinating) and regularly hosts large events. It’s not uncommon to attend a concert in the courtyard or other special events throughout the year.
If you’re looking for an exciting party in the city this 4th of July, be sure to get your tickets soon for R&B and Ribs.
