Fleet Week is one of San Francisco’s most anticipated traditions each October. The week is best known for its air show, featuring the Blue Angels, but San Franciscans can look forward to many events throughout the week. Salesforce Park is hosting a free concert as one of the festivities, featuring the 1st Marine Division Band Brass Quintet.
Salesforce Park Free Fleet Week Concert
On Tuesday, October 6, the 1st Marine Division Band Brass Quintet will kick off the neighborhood concert series at Salesforce Park. The free show runs from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm, and later in the evening the band will perform in Noe Valley. The performance is free and open to all ages and is the perfect way to start the week. Plus, the week will feature dozens of free concerts throughout the city if you can’t make the Salesforce Park show,
The park boasts several food and drink vendors, including Barebottle Brewing and Philz Coffee. Off the Grid Food Trucks will also be at the park on Tuesday from 11 to 2 pm, so you can grab a bite to eat from either El Fuego or Senior Sisig before the concert.
