Show your solidarity with San Francisco’s AAPI community.
Recent attacks on the Bay Area’s elderly Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander populations have led to national outcry against anti-Asian racism. Several rallies were held in Oakland and San Francisco during the past month to denounce the attacks. Demonstrators outside SF’s city hall called for unity, solutions and education.
Stop AAPI Hate released a report documenting 3,795 incidents of anti-Asian hate in the U.S. during the past year. These hate crimes reflect the national rise in xenophobia and racist rhetoric against Asian communities during the pandemic.
