Baseball season is officially here, which means San Franciscans can look forward to plenty of exciting games at Oracle Park over the next few months. Oracle Park is known for its beautiful ocean views, making it worth the visit even if you’re a baseball novice.
The Giants also regularly host special theme events during home games. The themes range from Star Wars day to local university pride nights. One of the most popular theme games in past years has been pop culture icon Hello Kitty, and you can expect two Hello Kitty theme games at the ballpark for 2026.
On Sunday, June 14, the Giants will host the first Hello Kitty theme day for the afternoon game. The first 25,000 fans will get one of three adorable Hello Kitty plush keychains. The unique keychains feature Hello Kitty wearing a Giants uniform.
The second Hello Kitty game will take place on August 16, where the first 20,000 fans will get a Hello Kitty Funko POP!.

Hello Kitty game days are not the only times you can score special Giants merch. Other games include free hats, sunglasses, or even jerseys for fans.
If you’re a major Hello Kitty Fan, we recommend heading to the Hello Kitty Cafe that recently opened in the Bay Area. The cafe serves tea, coffee, and themed treats, along with selling fun merchandise for Hello Kitty fans. You can check out the cafe at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara.
There are still plenty of chances to make it to Oracle Park, and you might even score some fun merch out of it. You can see the Giants’ schedule and book tickets here.
