While Oracle Park is home to the Giants, when the stadium isn’t packed with baseball fans, it hosts a variety of events, including a rare opportunity to have a sleepover on the field. Keep reading for all the details on this unique summer event.
Giants Slumber Party
On Friday, July 31, the iconic San Francisco Stadium will open its field for a movie night and slumber party. Guests can bring tents and supplies to sleep right on the field, following an evening of activities in the stadium.
The event starts at 5 pm with a screening of the Giants vs. Padres streamed live on the scoreboard. The family-friendly movie, Zootopia 2, will be shown on the big screen. Attendees can also expect family-friendly games throughout the night and dinner from Super Duper Burgers during the event. Plus, for adults 21 and over, you can expect complimentary beer and wine.

Then, guests can sleep on the field, with the event ending at 9 am on Saturday morning. While the slumber party is a unique event, it’s not uncommon for Oracle Park to host movie nights, utilizing the massive scoreboard for the films. Past movies have included blockbuster hits like Superman and Barbie.
Tickets are on sale now, and we recommend getting yours soon, as space is limited. Another notable upcoming event is the Noah Kahan concert in August. Plus, there are plenty of upcoming home games, often with special themes, like Harry Potter night and a K-pop Demon Hunters Drone show.
