Not far from San Francisco, vintage steam trains take visitors on regular journeys through the iconic redwoods. The vintage trains, some dating back to the 1890s, are part of Roaring Camp Railroads, located in Felton, California. You can also ride one of the trains right in Santa Cruz, departing from the iconic boardwalk. While the vintage trains are a wonderful escape year-round, Roaring Camp also hosts exciting holiday journeys that start this weekend.
