Start the summer with a bang at the San Mateo County Fair! The popular county fair has been around for a century, and today is the first day of its 2026 run. This year’s theme is “In Bloom,” a nod to the fair’s beginnings in 1926 as the “Little Flower Show.”
From June 5-14, 2026, people from all over the Bay Area will flock to the San Mateo County Event Center for an unforgettable celebration of music, carnival rides, technology, and local vendors.
This weekend’s events are highly anticipated, although there’s still plenty to enjoy through mid-June. Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect.
