Fans of BTS leader RM are counting down the days for RM x SFMOMA, an exciting upcoming exhibition that’s been generating a ton of excitement since it was announced this this past fall.

RM x SFMOMA
RM, best known as the leader of BTS, has partnered with SFMOMA to present a new exhibition featuring works from his personal collection. Co-curated with SFMOMA’s América Castillo and Hyoeun Kim, the show highlights modern and contemporary pieces by Korean and international artists, displayed alongside works from the museum’s collections.
The exhibition has already generated major buzz, with announcement posts earning millions of Instagram likes.
“We live in an age defined by boundaries,” said RM.
“This exhibition at SFMOMA reflects those boundaries: between East and West, Korea and America, the modern and the contemporary, the personal and the universal.
“I don’t want to prescribe how these works should be seen; whether out of curiosity or study, all perspectives are welcome. My only hope is that this exhibition can be a small but sturdy bridge for many.”
“I would be honored if you could visit with an open heart,” wrote RM on Instagram.
