SF’s free concert series continues to be the gift that keeps on giving! The city has announced its final two free concerts of the year coming up in September, and they’ll be unforgettable. First up is Poolside’s Daytime Disco on September 7th, followed by EMPIRE 15 on September 15th, which includes a performance by Shaboozey.

September 7: Poolside’s Daytime Disco
Producer, songwriter, and former SF resident Jeffrey Paradise hosts the first-ever Daytime Disco at Union Square this September. The new branded party comes from Paradise’s recording project that showcases light and danceable music for summer soirees. Poolside’s weekly curated Spotify playlist now has nearly 43,000 followers, serving as the basis for this new Daytime Disco party and future events to come.

September 13: EMPIRE 15
Bay Area native Ghazi founded EMPIRE in 2010 as an innovative and progressive record label, focusing on early stage performers. The EMPIRE 15 concert features some of the label’s best breakout stars and rising artists, including Shaboozey, Fireboy DML, and Red Leather, with more artists TBA.

Free concerts in San Francisco
The free concerts come courtesy of Another Planet Entertainment (APE) in partnership with the City of San Francisco and SF Rec & Parks.
APE began presenting free concerts in SF last year,Portugal. The Man at Civic Center, and Don Louis and Sophia Scott in Union Square.
They’re also producing a stacked summer of events, including Dead & Company’s 60th anniversary from August 1-3, Outside Lands from August 8-10, and a new single-day festival on August 15 with headliners Zach Bryan and Kings of Leon.
