Things to do in Tiburon
There’s no need to show up in Tiburon with a to-do list; in fact, the best way to visit is by simply picking a scenic trail on the water and going for a stroll. The Old Rail Trail offers an easy and flat route on foot or bike, and you can set up a seaside picnic at spots like Blackie’s Pasture, Shoreline Park, or Paradise Beach Park.
In the downtown area, Main Street and Ark Row boast a charming collection of boutiques, galleries, and restaurants built into early 20th-century houseboats.
Sam’s Anchor Café is a classic seafood spot, while The Bungalow Kitchen offers elevated Californian cuisine. For a relaxed evening with friends or family, check out the lively Tiburon Tavern.

And just offshore, Angel Island State Park offers even more memorable areas for hiking, biking, and connecting with California history.
While fog is inevitable just about anywhere on our local waterfronts, you may find clearer skies and fewer crowds in the spring and fall.
