Outside Lands brought thousands of people to Golden Gate Park each day this past weekend to see a packed lineup of major musicians, but Golden Gate Park isn’t done with the major concerts just yet. Zach Bryan will perform at Golden Gate Park this Friday, August 15th, along with the Kings of Leon, Turnpike Troubadours, and Noeline Hofmann.
The show will take place on the Polo Field, previously hosting the Lands End stage at Outside Lands. The afternoon show will start at 3:00 pm, with doors opening to the park at 1:30 pm on Friday. Tickets for the show are still available, with general admission starting at $199.70 and VIP starting at $479.70. You can find more information about tickets here.
Zach Bryan is a popular country music star, winning a Grammy in 2024. Bryan is originally from Oklahoma, and self-produced his first two albums before releasing American Heartbreak in 2022, his first major label release. The show will also include performances from special guests, Kings of Leon, known for their hit songs “Sex on Fire” and “Use Somebody.”
SFMTA added extra service on Friday, August 15, to accommodate the influx of people attending the shows. Road closures due to the event will be minimal, with only FK Drive from Transverse to 36th Avenue closed for the event. Concert goers can expect extra Muni service on the 5R Fulton Rapid and N Juda, although the 5R Fulton Rapid will not have extra service along the entire route. All ticket holders have access to Muni (aside from cable cars) on Friday, August 15, so there is no need to tap your Clipper card if you’re going to the concert.
You can also reserve a seat on a shuttle bus traveling to the south entrance of the concert. Shuttles will leave from the CA State Capitol Park, Cow Palace, and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. You can learn more about SFMTA updates and changes for the concert here.
