After years of anticipation, Zayn Malik is returning to the stage, launching his Stairway to the Sky tour in San Francisco on October 23, 2024, at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium—marking his first solo show in the city.
This week, Zayn made a memorable cameo on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He casually walked onto Fallon’s set, leaving a note that read, “I’m going on my first-ever solo tour this autumn!”
This tour is a significant return to the stage for the critically-acclaimed musician and global pop icon, whose last major live performance was in 2016. Since departing One Direction in 2015, Zayn has built a successful solo career with hit albums like Mind of Mine, Icarus Falls, and Nobody Is Listening, solidifying his reputation as a dynamic solo artist. With his new album, Room Under the Stairs, and iconic hits like “Dusk Till Dawn” and “Pillowtalk,” fans can expect a mix of classics and new music—many of which will be performed live for the first time.
The tour will cover 11 cities in both the U.S. and the U.K., with the final stop in Newcastle, England, in December. Fans looking to catch Zayn’s San Francisco performance can grab tickets when they go on sale on Saturday, September 21, with presale starting this Thursday, September 19 at inzayn.com.
For long-time fans, this will be Zayn’s first performance in San Francisco since his One Direction days in 2013, much like his former bandmate Harry Styles, whose solo tour also began in San Francisco in 2017.
Whether you’ve been with Zayn since his One Direction days or are discovering his solo sound for the first time, don’t miss your chance to see his return to the stage this October. See you in the ticket line!
